Compatible with all standard U.S., DIN and EURO keg sizes, both the semi-automatic and manual models feature two cleaning stations and two liquid tanks: one for water and one for caustic. The semi-automatic washer is capable of washing up to 60-80 kegs per hour while the manual model can clean up to 50-60 kegs per hour.
Both models require air, water, and CO2 sources and utilize electric heating. Standard keg washer models are compatible with D-style spears, though other spear types can be accommodated with custom order. Below are some of the key characteristics of both the manual and semi-automatic keg washers.
Semi-Automatic Keg Washer:
NDL's semi-automatic keg washer features a Siemens S7-1200 PLC and a Siemens KTP touch-screen interface, giving brewers/beverage makers full touch-screen control over wash cycle timing and temperature settings. With two cleaning stations, this washer is capable of cleaning up to 60-80 kegs per hour depending on the length of the wash cycle (default programming features a normal setting and fast wash setting).
This semi-automatic unit features a sleek, compact design, and makes the keg washing process as simple as can be. Just load kegs upside down and align the valves with the washer's cylinder heads, turn on the impact knobs to clamp down the kegs, and press the start button. It's as easy as that.

Manual Keg Washer:
NDL Keg’s Manual Keg Washer is an efficient, cost-effective solution for the budget-minded brewer. This keg washer is equipped with start and impact knobs and water, CO2, air, and caustic valves, giving brewers full manual control over the keg washing cycle without the added expense of touch-screen controls.
Like the semi-automatic model, the manual keg washer has two cleaning stations, though this washer's capacity is slightly less at up to 50-60 kegs per hour. To operate the manual washer, load kegs upside down and align the valves with the washer's cylinder heads. Turn on the impact knobs to clamp down the kegs, and then manually open and close air, water, CO2, and caustic valves to complete the cleaning process.
